COMPLETE ONE-STEP RECIRCULATION CLEANER
DESCRIPTION:
COMPLETE is a high alkaline, highly chelated liquid designed for use as a CIP/COP cleaner, a soak
cleaner, and for use in spray wash systems. COMPLETE is formulated with highly soluble potassium
hydroxide and a significant amount of complex chelating agents and water conditioners to quickly remove
tenacious mineral and protein deposits and scales that have built up over time, as well as controlling water
hardness at high and low alkalinity ranges.
• One-Step cleaner – no need for an acid wash or rinse
• One-step cleaner – reduce cleaning time and reduces water usage
• Low-Foaming – Ideal for CIP cleaning and spray wash systems
• Powerful blend of chelants - penetrates and removes tenacious scale deposits
• Free Rinsing – potassium hydroxide based formulation
• Highly effective in hard water conditions - controls hard water conditions throughout the pH range
• Phosphate free
SPECIFIC USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS:
• For general cleaning, use 1 to 4 ounces of COMPLETE per gallon of water. Adjust concentration as
needed. Temperatures of 120° - 180° F are common for CIP cleaning. Recirculate as needed to
