LalBrew® Aurora is the first strain in Lallemand's Limited Release series, chosen for strong fermentation at cooler temperatures and a crisp, clean, floral and fruity aroma. It was built for the Northern IPA style: the dry drinkability of a West Coast IPA with the modern yeast character of an East Coast IPA.

Use it for Northern IPA, Cold IPA, Session IPA, and Double IPA. Saccharomyces cerevisiae ale yeast, 74–82% attenuation, medium-high flocculation, 54–86°F (12–30°C) fermentation range. Fermentation typically finishes in 4–5 days, and it can be repitched for multiple generations.
