These Mobile Terms of Service cover text messages (SMS) sent by Pro Brew Supply (TBI Pro Brew Supply, Fort Worth, TX) to wholesale customers.
What we send
Our text messages are transactional only. They cover order activity on your wholesale account, including:
- Order confirmations
- Shipping notifications with carrier and tracking or PRO number
- Delivery updates
- Ready-for-pickup notices for will-call orders
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity. A typical order generates one to three messages.
Opt-in
You agree to receive these messages by providing a phone number when applying for a wholesale account, on your account, or when placing or arranging an order. Consent to receive transactional text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent to that number. You can also opt out by emailing orders@probrewsupply.com or calling 682-647-1267.

Carrier fees and liability
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for details about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use Klaviyo to send these messages, and your number may be shared with Klaviyo and mobile carriers solely to deliver them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Changes
We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
