AEB Yeast Substitution Chart
Every strain here ships as active dry yeast. No cold chain, no starter, no propagation, no pitch-by date driving your brew schedule — a 36-month shelf life and a pack you open and pitch. It rides the pallet with your malt on flat-rate freight.
Most of the pairings below come straight from AEB published Brewing Yeast Substitution Guide. Where we can supply the yeast you are switching from, we have said so.

Switching from dry yeast? Pitch rates across dry brewing yeast are broadly comparable, most publish 50–80 g/hL, so your yeast calculation usually carries over. Check attenuation and flocculation on the product page first: a strain that drops harder than what you are used to can change dry-hop and diacetyl-rest timing.
Switching from liquid yeast? Recalculate your pitch by cell count rather than by pack, since a 500 g brick is a different unit than a pouch. Trial one batch before you move a production brand.

Substitution pairings on this page draw primarily on AEB Group published Brewing Yeast Substitution Guide, with additional comparisons made by Pro Brew Supply. This page is intended to help brewers find AEB products similar to yeast they already use. It is not a declaration of absolute equivalency in genetics or phenotype. Results differ between suppliers as a result of genetic variation and propagation practices, and will differ in your house on your wort. Published specifications are each manufacturer own.
