Premium Dry Yeast, Ready to Pitch
Why Brewers Choose Lallemand
LalBrew® strains pitch by weight — measure grams per liter to the strain's recommended rate and go. No starters, no propagation schedule, no lab bench between you and brew day. Lallemand publishes per-strain pitch rates and a pitch-rate calculator for the Premium range.
Dry yeast is inventory you can plan around instead of racing a date. Stored cold and sealed, Lallemand publishes a shelf life of 2–4 years depending on the strain — order with your ingredient program, not against a viability clock.
Lallemand Brewing publishes the QC program behind every lot — fermentation performance, purity, and genetic screening, with a stated specification of fewer than one wild yeast or bacterium per million viable cells. When a fermentation has to repeat, the spec sheet is the argument.
Our team helps commercial brewers source ingredients, solve problems, and keep production moving. Whether you are locking in a house strain, trialing a new style, or comparing dry equivalents to a liquid culture, Pro Brew Supply is here to make buying yeast easier, not more complicated.
From the Culture Collection to Your Cellar
Every LalBrew® strain starts in the Lallemand yeast culture collection and is produced under a quality program built for one thing: the same fermentation, batch after batch. Lallemand publishes the QC bar it holds itself to — every production lot is tested against its own specification before it ships, with fewer than one wild yeast or bacterium per million viable cells.
The brewing range runs the full board — clean American and English ale strains, true lager yeasts including the hybrid NovaLager™, traditional kveik, and the WildBrew™ line of souring bacteria. The AB Vickers process-aid line brings enzymes and clarification tools from the same house.
Pro Brew Supply carries the LalBrew® lineup in brewery-scale formats with wholesale account pricing, so your yeast lands on the same pallet as your malt and hops.

No. LalBrew® yeast is pitched by weight at the strain's recommended grams-per-liter rate — Lallemand publishes per-strain rates and a pitch-rate calculator for the Premium range.
How should dry yeast be stored, and how long does it keep?
Cold and sealed. Stored that way, Lallemand publishes a shelf life of 2–4 years depending on the strain, with refrigerated storage as the ideal.
What formats do Lallemand products come in?
Most LalBrew® strains ship in 500 g bricks. WildBrew™ bacteria come in 250 g sachets, and AB Vickers enzymes and process aids in 100 g to 2 kg formats.
