GR Huell Melon CY25 from Spalter Hopfen is a modern German flavor hop with one of the most distinctive profiles in the Hüll breeding program. It's a strong fit for wheat beer, blonde ale, and fruit-forward styles — and an inspired late addition in lighter lagers where a subtle fruit lift sets the beer apart without any actual fruit.

Expect honeydew melon and strawberry with light tropical fruit — soft, rounded, and unusual, reading more like an ingredient than a hop.
