CZ Most™ CY24 brings a modern Czech-grown aroma variety from the Charles Faram Development Programme to brewers who want noble manners with a new-school twist. A sister variety to Jester® and Olicana®, it is a strong fit for Czech lager, pilsner, and sessionable ales, and any recipe where refined, fruit-tinged Czech character should lead the beer.

Expect strawberry, apricot, and gentle spice in the glass — red fruit shows in darker beers, while late and dry-hop additions in pale beers lean stone fruit and citrus, all over smooth, noble-style bitterness. Results track closely to the lot analysis on the COA.

This hop is available in professional brewing formats, including 11 lb foils and 44 lb boxes. Choose the 11 lb nitrogen-flushed foil for maximum freshness on aroma-critical additions, or the 44 lb box when this hop anchors a recurring program and purchasing efficiency matters.

Hop analysis values vary by crop year and lot. For exact alpha acid, beta acid, total oil, and lot number, confirm the active lot through the COA or product documents before final recipe calculations. Store cold and sealed until use.

Brewer Notes

CZ Most Hops — The Modern Czech Noble

Most™ is a modern Czech-grown aroma hop from the Charles Faram Development Programme — a sister to Jester® and Olicana® that keeps noble refinement while adding gentle red-fruit and stone-fruit character.
Best Brewing Fit
Czech lager, pilsner, and sessionable ales. Works early or late; red fruit emerges in darker beers, stone fruit and citrus in pale beers hopped late or dry.
Brewing Guidance
A differentiator for lager programs — noble drinkability with a story and flavor twist competitors' Saaz-only lineups can't match. Grown exclusively in the Czech Republic.
Pro Brew Advantage
In stock in Fort Worth with same-day shipping on orders placed by 3 PM CT, or noon when it rides a pallet (2 PM Fridays). Rides the malt pallet under the flat-rate freight program, so hops ship for pennies when they join a pallet order.
