Kettle Wash Plus in a 30-gallon carboy, the last of this size. Once it's gone, Kettle Wash Plus continues in the 5-gallon pail.

Kettle Wash Plus is a chlorinated, high-alkaline liquid CIP cleaner formulated with sodium hydroxide, water conditioning agents, and chlorine. It penetrates, loosens, and removes tenacious brewing soils, strips protein bluing from stainless, stays low-foaming for recirculation, and rinses free in hard water. Use 1 to 4 fl oz per gallon of hot water at 120 to 160°F and rinse thoroughly. Keep it off soft metals and never mix it with acids.

The SDS and technical data sheet are linked below. Ships LTL on your pallet only, never by parcel carrier, and we charge no hazmat fees, ever.
