Brew-Clean is Ace Chemical's non-caustic alkaline powder — a full-strength CIP and COP cleaner for breweries that want serious cleaning performance without caustic on the shelf. Formulated with sodium silicate, controlled-foam surfactants, buffering compounds, water conditioners, and a synergistic oxidizing agent.

Non-caustic means it's safe on most soft metals and easier on your crew, which matters for hand-cleaning and COP work where contact is likely. The surfactant blend penetrates soils and deposits, it stays low-foaming through recirculation, and it rinses free in hard water without leaving residue.

Use ½ to 3 oz per gallon of water and recirculate 20 to 40 minutes — clean vessels at 140°F and line circuits at 160°F, then rinse thoroughly with fresh water. A 1% solution runs pH 12. Available as a 40 lb box of four 10 lb jars, a 45 lb bucket, and a 400 lb drum.

As a powder it ships dense and stores indefinitely — no freeze risk, no wasted freight on water. One caution worth knowing: it contains sodium metasilicate, which can etch glass if it's allowed to dry on the surface without a thorough rinse. The SDS and technical data sheet are linked below. The 10 lb jar and 40 lb box can ship parcel or ride your pallet; the 45 lb bucket and 400 lb drum ship LTL only — and we charge no hazmat fees, ever.

Why Pro Brew Supply Carries Ace Chemical

We carry Ace because it lets a brewery run its entire cleaning program on one line of chemistry from one supplier — and because of how it ships. Brewery chemicals move LTL, which means they ride the same pallet as your malt and hops. We charge no hazmat fees, ever. Order by noon CT and it ships the same day from Fort Worth or Atlanta, with the technical and safety documentation for every product available right on the product page.
