Antioxin SBT is a mash-side antioxidant — added with the strike water to stop oxidation where it starts, in the mash tun, instead of chasing it downstream.

Its blend of selective gallotannins with metabisulfite and ascorbic acid inhibits lipoxygenase (LOX) activity from malt and unmalted cereals at low mash-in temperatures — the enzymatic oxidation that seeds staling aldehydes long before the beer is even fermented. Shutting that pathway down means fresher malt and hop character in the glass and a longer shelf life in the package.

It's the tool for low-oxygen brewing programs and for any brewery whose flavor-stability problems trace back to the hot side. The 10 kg size is the working format for breweries dosing every brew.
