IREKS Crystal Teak 60L is a medium-dark crystal malt that adds rich caramel flavor, deeper amber-red color, body, and malt complexity. It brings more depth than lighter crystal malts, with notes of toasted sugar, dark caramel, and light dried fruit while still remaining versatile in balanced hop-forward beers.

Use it in amber ales, red ales, brown ales, porters, bocks, dark lagers, classic pale ales, West Coast IPAs, red IPAs, and malt-forward IPA recipes where brewers want caramel depth, color contribution, and a rounder malt backbone. In pale ales and IPAs, smaller additions can help support hop bitterness and add color without making the beer overly sweet.
