GR Titan CY25 from Spalter Hopfen is one of the newest high-alpha releases from the Hüll program — a next-generation bittering hop bred for efficiency, disease resistance, and climate resilience. It's a fit for efficient bittering across styles, and for hoppy recipes that want their bittering charge to contribute a little character too.

Expect clean high-alpha bitterness with spice and sweet fruit notes that emerge at higher rates — more personality than Magnum, more modern than Taurus. Use it as the foundation addition in hop-forward beers, or as a straight economic bitterer anywhere in the portfolio.

This hop is available in 11 lb foils and 44 lb boxes. The 11 lb foil is the right way to evaluate a new-generation variety against your incumbent bitterer; the 44 lb box takes over once it earns the slot.

Hop analysis values vary by crop year and lot. The CY25 lot runs 14.7% alpha; for exact alpha, beta, and total oil values, refer to the COA or contact our team. Cold-stored in Fort Worth and Atlanta and lot-documented from Spalt to your dock.
