How we source New Zealand and Australian hops
We don’t pretend to grow these. Our New Zealand hops come from the Nelson and Motueka growing regions, and our Australian hops from the country's dedicated hop gardens — all reaching us through established hop merchants handling the Southern Hemisphere crop.
What we add is selection and logistics. We choose lots by COA, not by brochure, and we stock them in Fort Worth so your hops ride the same pallet as your malt. Packaging varies by lot and merchant; the analysis on the COA is what you’re buying. When a variety is between crops, its page says so honestly and returns when the new harvest lands.
