Spindasol SB3 is a colloidal silica sol formulated for the cold side — beer clarification during maturation, where its job is dropping yeast fast and sending brighter beer to the filter.

The colloid's surface area, particle size, and charge are optimized for the particles that cloud finished beer. Faster, more complete sedimentation in tank means less yeast reaching the filter — which stretches filter runs instead of blinding them.

Add in maturation; rates and contact time are on the TDS. Pairs naturally with Spindasol SB1 on the hot side — SB1 cleans the wort, SB3 cleans the beer.
