Fermoplus AromaGlow is the specialist of AEB's aroma-nutrient line — built for thiol-releasing yeast strains that express the IRC-7 gene.

Those strains can convert hop-derived thiol precursors into intensely aromatic free thiols; AromaGlow's formulation maximizes that ability, boosting the tropical fruit, citrus, and floral character of hop-forward beers. AEB also points it at low- and non-alcohol beers, where fermentation-derived aroma has to carry more of the load.

Pair it with a thiol-capable strain — the nutrient amplifies what the yeast can do; it doesn't add thiols on its own.
