Endozym Brewmix Plus is a multifunctional enzyme complex — a blend of thermostable alpha-amylase, beta-glucanase, xylanase, and neutral protease — built for grist flexibility. It lets a brewery push adjunct ratios and raw-material substitutions without giving up fermentability or filtration speed.

Each activity covers a different bottleneck: the alpha-amylase carries starch conversion, the beta-glucanase and xylanase break down the gums that thicken wort and slow the lauter, and the protease frees amino nitrogen the yeast will need downstream.

Reach for it on high-adjunct or under-modified grists, slow runoffs, sluggish filtrations, or wort that keeps coming up short on fermentability.
