Wyeast 5112 Brett Bruxellensis Yeast
Wyeast 5112 Brett Bruxellensis Yeast is a wild yeast strain isolated from brewery cultures in the Brussels region of Belgium. It produces the classic "sweaty horse blanket" character of indigenous beers. This strain is generally used along with an Ale yeast, other wild yeast and lactic bacteria.
Recommended styles include Lambic, Fruited Lambic, Gueuze, Flanders Red Ale, Brett Beer, Mixed Fermentation Sour Beer.
ABV: up to 12%

Ageing for at least 3-6 months is generally required for flavor to fully develop.
