Wyeast 1762 Belgian Abby II is an excellent strain for Belgian dark, strong ales. This strain ferments clean which allow the rich malt and ethanol character to shine through. 

Recommended styles include Belgian Dark Strong Ale, Belgian Golden Strong ale, Belgian Blonde Ale, Biere de Garde, Imperial Stout, American Barleywine, Wee Heavy, Belgian IPA

Attenuation: 73-77

Temperature: 65-75

ABV: up to 12%
