gr-callista-cy25
GR Callista Hops – CY25 – Spalter Hopfen

GR Callista CY25 from Spalter Hopfen is a low-alpha German flavor hop designed for generous late use — a variety built for aroma volume without bitterness penalty. It's a strong fit for session beers, wheat beer, and any recipe leaning on heavy whirlpool or dry-hop additions where alpha restraint keeps the beer balanced.

Expect berry, sweet fruit, and soft citrus — gentle, rounded, and distinctly German-modern. Because its alpha is low, Callista can be dosed heavily late in the process for saturated fruit aroma while the bitterness stays sessionable, which makes it one of the most flexible aroma tools in the modern German lineup.

This hop is available in 11 lb foils and 44 lb boxes. Choose the 11 lb foil for specialty and seasonal releases; choose the 44 lb box when Callista drives the aroma of a core session or wheat brand — heavy late-addition rates go through inventory faster than you'd think.

Hop analysis values vary by crop year and lot. The CY25 lot runs 4.3% alpha; for exact alpha, beta, and total oil values, refer to the COA or contact our team. Cold-stored in Fort Worth and Atlanta and lot-documented from Spalt to your dock.
