Omega Yeast British Ale V - OYL-011
A good top cropper thought to be from a famous Manchester bitters maker. It is paired popularly (aside from with English styles) with the signature huge fruity hop flavor and aroma of the hot-topic New England IPA; this strain, with more residual sweetness, and DIPA (OYL-052), with slightly less, are both popular choices.

Alcohol Tolerance: 10% ABV
