Omega Belgian Saison II (OYL-042) Yeast produces sophisticated Saisons that are earthy, spicy, peppery, tart and dry with tropical fruit and citrus notes at warm fermentation temperature. It is an ideal strain for farmhouse ales and Saisons.
Temperature Range: 70-84° F (21-29° C)
Alcohol Tolerance: 12% ABV
Tips and Tricks:
It favors pitching in the upper 60s or low 70s and being allowed to free rise from there.
