Omega HotHead Kveik - OYL-057

 Omega HotHead Kveik (OYL-057) Yeast is a fantastic option for brewers without fermentation temperature control. It is a highly flocculant strain with an astoundingly wide temperature range. It produces honey-like aroma with over-ripe mango characters that are a wonderful complement to fruity hops. Clean enough for both American and English Styles.

Attenuation: 75-85% 

Temperature Range: 62-98° F (16-37° C) 

Alcohol Tolerance: 11% ABV
