Omega British Ale VIII (OYL-016) Yeast strain is a highly flocculant strain with a unique fruitness and noticeable sweet finish. It drops out quickly and completely.

Attenuation: 67-71

Temperature: 64-72 F

ABV: up to 9%

Tips and Tricks: Easy to crop, but needs a diacetyl rest to enhance fruity esters ferment at the recommended temperature ceiling.
