Omega British Ale I - OYL-006

Omega British Ale I (OYL-006) Yeast is a productive top cropping yeast. It drops fast and clear with a clean and crisp flavor profile when fermented at low temperatures. Heightened esters and a light tart and dry finish can be produced when fermenting warmer. 

Flocculation: Medium - High

Attenuation: 70-80

Temperature: 64-72

ABV: up to 10 %
