Omega All the Bretts - OYL-218

Omega All the Bretts (OYL-218) is a blend of nearly every Brett strain in Omega's bank. A constantly evolving blend that contains at least 10 different strains. Use in secondary to produce a fruity, funky complex ale with extremely high attenuation. These flavors continue to develop over time. 

Flocculation: Low 

Attenuation: 85-100% 

Temperature Range: 68-85° F (20-30° C) 

Alcohol Tolerance: 11% ABV
