ACE-A-SAN is an EPA registered anionic-acid sanitizer. It is formulated to effectively sanitize food product contact surfaces at dilutions of one ounce ACE-A-SAN to each five gallons of water. ACE-ASAN is economical to use at recommended concentrations. It is passive on stainless steel surfaces, providing post rinse acidification as well as sanitization. When used for sanitization of previously cleaned food equipment or food contact items, at a recommended dilution of 1 ounce ACE-ASAN per 5 gallons of water, no potable water rinse is required.


• Preparation: Remove gross soils by flushing with water, scraping or brushing. Thoroughly preclean surface using an alkaline cleaner at 130 Deg. F. - 160 Deg. F. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.

• Sanitizing Hard Non-Porous Surfaces: (glass or stainless filters, pipelines, silos, processing vats, bulk tanks and utensils): Sanitize previously cleaned equipment and utensils. Dip, brush, or spray equipment with a solution of ACE-A-SAN at 1 ounce to 5 gallons of water. Provides 200 ppm (parts per million) dodecylbenzene Sulfonic Acid.

• Allow At Least 2 Minutes Contact Time. Allow equipment to drain well. Blow or air dry. When used at levels not exceeding 400 ppm Dodecylbenzene Sulfonic Acid, a potable water rinse is not required.

• For Manual Applications: Fresh solutions should be prepared daily or when solution appears dirty. For mechanical applications, used sanitizing solutions may not be reused for sanitizing applications.
