AU Sylva Hop Pellets

Sylva* ("of the forest") is a true Australian aroma hop with a bohemian accent. With the chemical and organoleptic profile of a refined aroma hop, Sylva can be used to good effect to bring typical hoppy characters to Pilsner and pale lager. Freedom of expression may find the brewer using Sylva in a range of alternative beer styles, however Sylva was specifically developed as an Australian grown fine aroma hop for application in the popular pale lager style.
